✔️Seafarer Complaints & Rights
Seafarers have the right to submit complaints regarding our services, and issues like unpaid wages from cruises. Complaints can be sent via email or our contact form, with all relevant documentation. While we aim to resolve concerns fairly, this does not replace your legal rights.
